Our apartment is recently renovated and very quiet.
We are on the first floor of a small building (with elevator).
It is suitable up to 6 people and it is on 2 levels:
Level 1
– 1 lovely double room (mattress size large 140 cm)
– 1 big bathroom with shower and washing machine
– a very spacious open space with a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area (sofa bed for 2 people – tv-) and dinining area
a private terrace where in the summer season you can enjoy a nice aperitif at the sunset.
Level 2
1 super bright double room (mattress size large 160 cm)
1 big bathroom with shower
The house has also:
safe, private and FREE GARAGE where you can park easily your car. The garage is located in the basement of the building and it has a lift … don’t worry for your heavy luggages 🙂

The entire apartment and our garage are at your complete disposal!
Access to the garage:
-height of 2 meters and 15 cm
-width 3 meters
The garage is under the building, so once arrived stop in front of the gate of our house and ring the bell, i will come downstairs to open you.

Our apartment is just outside the historical center but still in a central position, that make us in a very strategic positian. Outside the historical city center (which is forbitten the access by car) but very close to reach by foot all over the city:
– The Main sights of the historical center 15 minutes walking
-Train station 900 metres (10 minutes walking)
-Fortezza da Basso 10 minutes walking
-Stazione Leopolda 5 minutes walking
-Lungarno 10 minutes walking
In addition to the proximity to major points of interest (walking distance), the area is well connected by public transport. The nearest bus stop is 100 meters away.

Our apartment is next to the San Jacopino district, a residential area where many locals live. Back of the building you will find shops, artisans, groceries, pizzerias, local traditional trattorias and wonderfull little wine shops!
