We are located inside a quite & parfumed internal yard of the city center that grant you a very safe, and pleasent stay.
Our prime position allow you to dip in our florentine local life visiting all the main sights and snoop in all the little shops, the delicious central market stalls or relaxing in our typical cafè/pastry of the city center.

Will you stay only for few days or for a business trip? Do not worry, in few steps you have SMN train station (the main train station) the bus station, and business center (Fortezza da Basso e Palacongressi)

We decided to decorate our home according to our taste, mixing original and restored vintage pieces with new design furnitures. The result is an exclusive house with an original style and prestigious character.
The house is fully equipped and consists of :
1 lovely double room (bed size large 160 cm) with a big window facing on a second internal yard.
1 charming bathroom with a big shower
A brightness and fashion open space with fully equipped kitchen and living area .
A privete little terrace immersed in a lovely internal coultyard where in summer season you can enjoy an aperitif at the sunset or a delicious breakfast!

The entire house is at your disposal, including the basement of the building with the private laundromat of the building.

We have a private place in the garage of the building that we make at your disposal at the price of 15 euro per day to be paid at the arrival. The availability is not guaranteed, so it is necessary to book it in advance. Before to book please ask for the availability.
At 50 metre from us there is an other garage PALACONGRESSI GARAGE where we have an agreement at 21 euro per day.

Our district is called San Lorenzo, located in the down town, is one of the most historical of the city. Popular for the Leather market and the Central market ,here you can buy and taste all of our great products. A very typical area!

Everything you may need is nearby: museums, markets, shops, pharmacy, bistrot and restaurants…
