Our apartment is recently renovated and very quiet.
We are on the ground floor of a small building.
It is suitable up to 7 people and it consists of:
– 2 lovely and bright double rooms facing on our private patio
– 1 single bedroom
– 2 big bathrooms (one with shower and one with buthtube);
-a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area (sofa bed for 2 people – wifi- smart TV) and dinining area
– a big private patio connected with 2 bedrooms where in the summer season you can enjoy a good breakfast, lunch or dinner.
– safe, private and FREE GARAGE where you can park easily your car. The garage is located in the basement of the building and it has a lift … don’t worry for your heavy luggages 🙂

-height of 2 meters and 15 cm

The garage is under the building, so once arrived stop in front of the gate of our house and ring the bell, i will come downstairs to open you

Our apartment is in a central position, just outside the historical center where is forbidden the access by car. For this reason we are very happy to offer you the garage.
Our apartment is located in a strategic position to reach by foot all over the city:
– The Main sights of the historical center 15 minutes walking
-Train station 900 metres (10 minutes walking)
-Fortezza da Basso 10 minutes walking
-Stazione Leopolda 5 minutes walking
-Lungarno 10 minutes walking
Public transportation and taxi station just few steps from here.

Our apartment is next to the San Jacopino district, a residential area where many locals live. Back of the building you will find shops, bakery, groceries, pizzerias, local traditional trattorias,pharmacy  and wonderfull little wine shops!
