Our comfortable apartment is located just next to the historical center inside a courtyard which makes it extremely quiet and safe.

Our apartment is recently renovated and very quiet.
We are on the ground floor of a small building.
It is suitable up to 6 people and it consists of:
– 2 lovely and bright double rooms
– 2 big bathrooms (one with shower and one with buthtube/shower);
-a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area (sofa bed for 2 people – tv-) and dinining area
– a big private terrace connected with kitchen and one double room where in the summer season you can enjoy a good breakfast, lunch or dinner.
– safe, private and FREE GARAGE where you can park easily your car. The garage is located in the basement of the building and it has a lift … don’t worry for your heavy luggages 🙂

The garage is under the building, so once arrived stop in front of the gate of our house and ring the bell, i will come downstairs to open you.

Our apartment is in a central position, just outside the historical center where is forbidden the access by car. For this reason we are very happy to offer you the garage.

In addition to the proximity to major points of interest (walking distance), the area is well connected by public transport. The nearest bus stop is 100 meters away.

Our apartment is next to the San Jacopino district, a residential area where many locals live. Back of the building you will find shops, artisans, groceries, pizzerias, local traditional trattorias and wonderfull little wine shops!
