The house is new! We tastefully furnished with design elements and confortable complements, it is fully equipped in order to make your stay relaxing and pleasent.
It consists of :
-1 brightness and lovely double room (bed size large 160 cm) with a big window facing in a second internal yard. Very quite and safe!
-1 charming and spacious bathroom with a big shower
-A wonderful bright and spacious open space with fully equipped kitchen and living area with an usefull big sofa bed.
-A privete little terrace immersed in a green and lavander perfumed internal coultyard where in summer season you can enjoy an aperitif at the sunset or a delicious breakfast! (Terrace is private, the courtyard is shared with the other resident of the condo).

The entire house is at your disposal, including the private laundromat of the condo in the basement of the building .
The house has also a GARAGE that costs 15 euro per day to be paid at the arrival, availability is not guaranteed so before to make the booking please be so kind to ask the availability.

I will be at your complete disposal during your stay and if you need info or suggestions to organize your stay do not hesitate to ask. I’m always very happy to show local spot or hidden itineraries.

The district is called San Lorenzo, located in the down town is one of the most historical of the city. Popular for the Leather market and the Central market ,here you can buy and taste all of our great products. A very typical area!

Everything you may need is nearby: museums, markets, shops, pharmacy, bistrot and restaurants… Our position is perfect for sightseeing or a business trip for our closeness to:
