We are in a beautiful and flowery internal yard in the heart of the city center. Very close to all the main touristic sights ,the business center and train station but SO peacefull & quite!

The house is a new construction that we’ve lovely decorated by using new design furnitures and objects hand-made by our family
It has been designed with passion in order to combine comfort and taste!
The entire house and all the windows facing on intarnal yards, very exclusive in a city!
It consists of :
-2 charming and lovely double room (both bed size large 160 cm) with a big window facing on our private internal yard.
-2 spacious full bathrooms, both with a big shower & window
-A brightness open space with fully equipped kitchen and a relaxing living area with an usefull double sofa bed.
-2 privete terrace: one is facing on the main internal common flowery yard with a little table and chairs, the otherone on the back of the house is bigger, where in summer season you can enjoy an aperitif at the sunset or have a delicious breakfast!

The entire house is at your disposal!
In the basement of the main building you can find the private laundromat of the condo with washing machine and dry machine.
If you arrive by car:
We are not inside the restricted area because we are on the way of the train station, to park the car you have 2 solutions:
– OUR SPACE inside the private garage of the condo: we rent it at 15 euros per day but the availability is not guaranteed, before to book i sugegst you to ask availability..
-GARAGE PALACONGRESSI at 50 meters from home where we have an agreement at 21 euros per day for a small car, 26 medium cars, 31 large cars. Remember them the agreement!

Our district is called San Lorenzo, located in the heart of the city center  is one of the most historical of the city. Popular for the Leather market and the Central market ,here you can buy the typical and genuine produtcs of our local area.
